Dismissal for summer - 11:45 a.m. Please be reminded that the Early Release for Staff Development days listed on the calendar are 11:45 early release days for 1 st through 8 th grade and that Kindergarten and Preschool classes will meet as usual. These days provide GLS staff with opportunities for training, professional development, and planning. These days have been approved by the school board as necessary to increase the quality of instruction. Staff Development and Planning days are not time off for teachers.
